New 3 Plot Residential Development
3 Detached houses founded in tricky ground conditions. This new development required the use of raft foundations due to the poor ground conditions to help spread the loads.
Traditional soakaways were not viable but we were able use deep borehole soakaways as the next best sustainable method of draining surface water.
