Commercial Refurbishment
A commercial property is to be converted into residential flats. Modifications were made to the existing windows which meant needing to assess the structural capacity of the existing masonry walls. We designed in restraints and also helped with construction sequencing to ensure the existing walls could be repaired without hindering the construction of other areas of the build.
