Overcoming Site Constraints with Ground Beam Design

Piles have been installed at a 2 storey new build property in Brislington. Ground beams are being formed ready for the first concrete pour.

Existing public sewers running below the footprint of the new building have restricted the depth of the foundations and ground floor. We have carefully designed the ground beams to avoid disturbing the sewers resulting in cantilever ground beams.
